i had a job were i should remove and stack about 4,5 tons of Bricks, knowing Fred and his stories my respect only grew bigger... That guys was an absolute Machine and what an Amazing human being
What a man so much respect..
Fred essentially walked into an ambush in the charity shop! "How much time do you spend on your traction engine?"
It’s hard listening to Allison talk about how the steam engine and her love for it when she’d file for divorce because Fred spent to much time on the engine. 😮
The worst part about all of this is that there is NO way this would air today and what we need most now is a whole lot more Freds.
Old school hard worker with skill and character
Absolutely beaming to see Sentinel steam trucks in this series of videos.
Wow
A absolute legend RIP Fred 🙏
The rag and bone van just went past our house, playing the famous jingle or whatever you call it.
Se dice quién bebe más cerveza un alemán o un conductor de máquina de vapor inglés? 😮😮😮😮
Antes las mujeres cogen una llave inglesa rápido..hoy en día tienen la llave de tu celda..😮😮

Those people didn't seem that far away but Fred knew what he was doing.
It's so sad that Fred and Alison grew apart, you can see in this video she's not enjoying being in this environment
See the kid rock up on his chopper? Greetings Portsmouth England 🏴
No wonder his Mrs left him. He has no time for her or the kids. Sooner be knocking down a chimney in Blackpool than spending valuable time with his family.
15 miles in 3 days not bad at all.
Could he not drive one with actual wheels. And not flatten roads everywhere he went? 😂
The family doesnt seem overly joyful with their trip tho e
So brave man..
When they cut down the trees they gave the wood to schools for woodwork. Wouldn't happen now.
Stealing that water reminds me of my dad throwing beer cans out of his truck window as he was driving, I just gave a bum a nickel he would say!
Those boys need a spud bar.
I remember watching Fred Dibnah documentaries in primary school here in New Zealand in the 1980's . Fred was a true character indeed
Truly surprised he didnt abseil his way back down. Leg end.
I wish I could find more videos
Me too
The lad on a chopper bike.
"no brakes in a boat", well there is, you run the outboard in reverse....you also don't just plough it headfirst into the dock lol
I wonder if the little island is there still ?
Right next to the damned chimney when it fell, what a madman. Coolest dude ever.
I was six when this was filmed, i'm 50 now! So called MEN today don't have PATCH on old fred! Rest in piece sir!
Those women outside Bernardo’s were as wet as otters pockets I imagine. Fred was a fanny magnet
Hard as nails So proud of fred
"these burning rope men" 🤣🤣🤣
Freds wife knew he loved his life what was her intentions
Fred smoking a cig on the roller coaster caused me to spit my beer out lol
NOT fascinating in any respect...LOL
This man is soooo clue less! His family hate this steam engine bullshit!
Love Fred always have a fantastic fellow
These are so well done, i cry every time.
Fred reminds me of my father. He was always interested in things he absolutely could not afford. So he would always find one that was quite neglected, then he would work on it, day after day, after work, on weekends, until it was new again. He did it with everything from cars, large boats, to airplanes. My mother was constantly pulling her hair out, trying to manage the bills, as much of what he had to purchase was done with borrowed money. But they always managed, me and my sister never wanted for anything. You don't find to many men like them anymore. I do miss him, dearly.
Environmental disaster...But Fred don't care...Lol
I feel so sad for Fred's family...
His wife is so embarrassed by this stupid steam engine...Poor woman suffered so much!
Crazy how Fred thought his life was so great, when it was just shite hard labour...Lol
The only man who could get away with driving a steam engine with a can of 'Ould Broon'
I know he was from Bolton but what football team did he support? I noticed a can of Newcastle Brown Ale in es and.....
Reckons hes lazy, couldn’t be further from the truth! Donald man of few words
